Who are we?

QCMS - Quality Chain Management System

Aimed at food producers, this application follows all parts of a food production process to provide stock and traceablitity suitable for complience with DeFRA and SALSA requirements.

The QCMS system comprises of several parts:

Custom configuration

Each instance of QCMS is configured to the food producers process so that it acts as a tailor made system for the customer. Configuration will involve specifying input products (such as raw foods, packaging and lables), the stages of production for each product, the product description and attributes and the end cusomters.

Front end ordering portal

This allows orders to be made by customers (typically wholesale) so that the order details are directly entered into the system without the need for duplication.

Alternativly, an API call can be setup to integrate with an existing ordering system

Food production

The stages of food production for each product are entered as they are produced giving data on the stock levels as well as the consumables used.

Delivery

Delivery of the orders is organised from the system involving routes and runs with the ability for drivers to check off receipt of the products directly into the system using their phone.

Traceability

Since QCMS will follow the entire course of the production it can produce reports of where everything is. For instance, suppose a batch of a certain size of PET bottle needs recalling, QCMS can tell you how many have been used, the products they we used in and the customers that have them with one click.
